【新唐人2013年10月22日讯】星期一，中国东北部分地区被浓厚的雾霾所笼罩，一些地区不得不强制关闭学校和高速公路。

在黑龙江省会哈尔滨，所有的中小学均已停课，机场和部份城市公交路线，也因为雾霾而被迫关闭。

当天哈尔滨的空气质量PM2.5指数达到600，部份污染严重地区更高达1000，比世卫标准高出40倍。
