【2013年08月14日讯】百胜餐饮集团的最告显示，7月份，百胜旗下的肯德基和必胜客，在中国的连锁店销售额下降了13%，原因可能是因为顾客担心爆发，而不敢吃鸡肉。

自从今年禽流感在中国爆发以来，百胜就面临困境。这已经是百胜连续3个月销售额下降了，其中6月份下降了10%，5月份下降了19%。

分析师说，中国过热的经济发展慢下来，也让炸鸡之类的快餐业无法发展。

百胜说，正为虾仁蘑菇卷取代鸡肉而大做广告，同时加强食品质量和供应链的安全。

除了百胜之外，麦当劳上周的报告也称，7月份在中国的同店销售额也有所下降。
